New signing Brenet sees shades of Advocaat in Lions boss Martindale
JOSHUA BRENET sees shades of the Little General in Davie Martindale.
And the Livingston fullback has faith in his new gaffer's fire helping him fuel a march into World Cup battle.
Brenet is in line for his debut at home to Motherwell today, having arrived in Scotland four weeks ago as a free agent.
Martindale even came to the airport to collect him. He's managed 90 minutes for Curacao in World Cup qualifying since walking into Almondvale as Dick Advocaat seeks to deliver a first finals for the Dutch Caribbean island.
