A CONVICTED conman who worked as an adviser to Livingston FC has lost an employment tribunal after accusing the club of “illegal conduct”.

Gordon Beurskens, a fraudster jailed for embezzling an elderly couple's life savings, claimed he was forced to resign by the West Lothian outfit for whistleblowing on “unlawful payments to players, false accounting and insolvent trading”.

But the club blasted their former “general counsel” Beurskens, calling him “aggressive, intemperate and bullying”.
