Rain alert extended.. and there may be snow too
A WARNING of persistent and heavy rain has been extended across Scotland.
The Met Office yesterday issued a yellow warning for rainfall covering Perth, Dundee and parts of Aberdeenshire today.
It was later widened to include Ayrshire and Arran, Inverclyde and Argyll and Bute, and is in force until 11.59pm today.
