Killie boss expects the usual version of Celtic to turn up in Ayrshire even if fans will try something different

- MICHAEL BAILLIE

Challenge never Ketts any easier

KILMARNOCK manager Stuart Kettlewell insists they I will ignore the noise swirling around Celtic off the park.

Because on it he knows they will have a team full of internationals.

Celtic's travelling support will stage a late entry to Rugby Park tomorrow as they ramp up protests against the under fire Parkhead board over their poor transfer window, Champions League exit and running of the club.

However, Kettlewell insists they cannot be distracted by that, and their full focus must be on themselves as they rise to the challenge of taking on the champions.

Kettlewell said: "Nothing. I completely ignore it. I don't expect to see any other version of Celtic from what I'm used to seeing.

"In all my games against them as a manager and a player, I've never had an easy game.

"I've never played against them when they've not had a team full of internationalists, when they don't have a team with millions of investment, or when they've had a group that hasn't won trophies and been successful.

"That describes what it's going to be and what I'm expecting" "You could go into our dressing room right now, ask them if they know about anything of what's going on, and at least 50 per cent of them wouldn't. That's kind of what it needs to be. They just need to focus on us.
