CELTIC have stepped up their bid to capture West Ham hitman Callum Wilson.
Parkhead chiefs are understood to have registered their interest with the former Newcastle and Bournemouth star as he prepares to rip up his Irons contract.
Wilson is poised to cut a deal with the Hammers and Celts are keen on offering a short-term contract.
But the 33-year-old has several clubs on his trail with Everton, Leicester and Sevilla in the frame along with sides in Saudi Arabia. And wages could prove to be a major stumbling block.
