Kid's first Prem goal eases pressure on under-fire boss Frank

THOMAS FRANK admitted that this was a "very important win" after Tottenham eased the pressure on their beleaguered boss.
Tottenham midfielder Archie Gray, 19, got the winner with his first goal for the club as Frank's men enjoyed just their second win in nine Premier League games.
That's left Frank under increasing pressure but the Spurs boss praised his players for their "huge mentality" and the way they dug out a precious win at Selhurst Park.
Frank said: "Very important win, clearly a game where desire beats detail but I don't think we hit a top performance today. But I liked how we dug in, worked hard and we were very disciplined against a very good Crystal Palace team.
