Animal ripped into Lesley Anne's arm

A WOMAN has thanked a hero who came to her rescue as she was being mauled by an XL bully in the street.
Lesley Anne Robinson, 63, was attacked while walking her granddaughter Milly's puppy Bea on Marina Road in Bathgate on Thursday.
The gran of six said as soon as she saw the XL bully - without a leash or a muzzle - alongside a man and woman, she knew something was going to happen.
The beast latched on to border collie Bea’s neck and ripped into Lesley Anne's arms and fingers and knocked her over before a mystery man came to her rescue.
Lesley Anne suffered two lacerations and other cuts and believes the man saved her life.
