AFRICA- BOUND Hibs wing-back Obita can't wait to go to huge tournament

JORDAN OBITA admits he is relishing the prospect of representing Uganda at the Africa Cup of Nations - even though it will mean missing a few Hibs games.

The wing-back looks certain to be included in Paul Put's squad for the tournament, which starts next month.

The Cranes face Tunisia, Tanzania and Nigeria in their three Group C clashes between December 23 and 30 in Morocco.

And that would mean at the very least Obita missing games against Dundee United, Hearts and Aberdeen.

Hibs teammates Rocky Bushiri and midfielder Miguel Chaiwa are in the same boat with DR Congo and Zambia respectively - but Obita insists it is too big an opportunity to turn down.
