Views to be sought on visitor levy for major tourist area

“Conwy County Borough Council wishes to appoint a suitable supplier to deliver, and evaluate a comprehensive consultation process on the adoption of a potential visitor levy in Conwy county, ensuring broad and inclusive engagement, robust data collection, and evidence-based evaluation to inform decision-making”.

It is expected that Conwy council’s consultation will begin on January 2 next year and end on March 18.

This will be with stakeholders - tourism groups and businesses - as well as the wider community and visitors. It will include in-person events as well as an online survey.
