Wrexham wrapped up a historic transfer window by welcoming three new players on deadline day.

The Championship side, owned by Hollywood actors Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mac, had already signed ten players before Monday's 7pm cutoff.

The most notable signing was Wales forward Nathan Broadhead, who joined ina record-breaking deal for the club that could potentially reach £10million in the long-term.

Last week, they also secured Manchester City academy graduate Callum Doyle for a fee that could rise to £7.5m. However, manager Phil Parkinson wasn't finished and made a last-minute move for Coventry City midfielder Ben Sheaf on deadline day, with a reported price tag of £6.5m.

The loan signing of Man City right wing-back Issa Kabore was confirmed on Monday night, as well as the permanent transfer of Blackburn Rovers centre back Dom Hyam for £2.7m. The total cost of Wrexham's thirteen new signings is estimated to exceed £30m, following the ambitious Hollywood-owned club's third consecutive promotion from League One in April.
