The most expensive streets to own home in N.Wales

THE most expensive streets in North Wales have been revealed and those sea views are once again coming with a premium.

The Daily Post's website North Wales Live has compiled the list using Land Registry data and regional market trends for 2025.

We've drawn up the top 12 - with them concentrated at seafront locations-with one exception to that trend.

It's probably no shock to see Abersoch top of the list, but there are a few locations in Conwy and Anglesey which are not far behind.

Benar Headland, Abersoch (LL53)

Consistently the most expensive street in all of Wales, with average prices often exceeding £1.7 million. It is famed for its private, elevated views of the coast.
