CAMPSITES ARE WINNERS AT NATIONAL AWARDS WITH OTHERS EARNING RUNNERS-UP ACCOLADES

- By OWEN HUGHES Chief Reporter owen.hughes@dailypost.co.uk

TWO North Wales campsites have been named the best in the UK.

Campsites.co.uk staged its annual Camping and Glamping awards for 2025.

They highlight the best camping, glamping, and touring sites across the UK, celebrating those sites who go above and beyond for their guests throughout the year.

There are UK wide awards as well as regional winners in a number of categories.

The awards celebrate a range of categories, from 'Best Campsite' and 'Best Glamping Site' to 'Most Unique Stay'. Other titles include the 'Greener Site Award', 'Best Newcomer' and 'Best Budget Friendly Campsite.

Martin Smith, the founder of Campsites.co.uk said "Our annual awards give us the opportunity to celebrate the UK's best campsites, and this year's standards feel higher than ever.

"Each of the winning sites stand out for the care they put into being consistently excellent. My thanks and congratulations to all of the winners for adding some much-needed adventure to everyday life!"

North Wales had two UK winners and one site that just missed out on the best overall prize.
