POLICE RENEW WITNESS APPEAL WITH INVESTIGATION STILL ACTIVE
A MAN has been arrested in connection with an assault on a woman out walking her dog in Colwyn Bay on Monday night.
Detectives are continuing to appeal for witnesses to come forward.
