A GRAINY photo of a mystery graffiti artist has been shared by police in the hope someone will recognise the person. The individual was spotted spray painting at least seven different properties across the Rhos and Johnstown areas of Wrexham.

Despite dubbing the culprit the ‘Rhos Banksy, North Wales Police (NWP) stressed the works of art were hardly “deep and meaningful’ consisting only of a message.
