Police manhunt after electric motorbike chase

POLICE have launched a manhunt after an electric motorcycle chase in Rhyl.
A quantity of drugs was seized following the pursuit. A pillion passenger was arrested, but the rider is still being hunted by police, who have appealed for information.
A North Wales Police spokesperson said: “A man remains in police custody following a police pursuit in Rhyl (Wednesday, July 9). Shortly after 10pm officers from the Roads Crime Unit were involved in a pursuit with an electric motorcycle with two on board on Kingsley Avenue, Rhyl, after the bike failed to stop.
“Despite their best efforts, officers lost sight of the bike, and a search of the area was carried out which involved local response officers.
