Lifeboat and copter scrambled over lights off coast

A MULTI-agency search was launched off the Flintshire coast on Saturday night when lights were spotted in the Dee Estuary.
-
A Coastguard helicopter flew overhead while two RNLI lifeboats combed the waters.
A flare and a white light were seen between Wirral Country Park and the Duke of Lancaster (Fun Ship) at Llanerch-Y-Mor, near Mostyn.
Next month, the rusting vessel is to double as a “ghost ship” for Halloween scare adventures.
