Wales boss Craig insists winning World Cup qualifier is all that matters

CRAIG BELLAMY says the prospect of taking on Liechtenstein at Cardiff City Stadium this evening is keeping him up at night, as he bids to maintain his impressive start as Wales boss.

Bellamy’s side head into these latest World Cup qualifiers unbeaten under his stewardship, and while the trip to Belgium next week will likely present his team with their sternest test yet, few will be expecting their positive start to be blemished by the Group J minnows, who haven't won a competitive match in nearly five years.

But while fully aware of the expectations that will await them in the capital, Bellamy has just one clear objective in mind.

“Win the game,” he said. “Win the game. That is it. That is it.

“Win the game. That's the honest truth. I don’t care about scorelines. I don’t care about this. I don't care about that.

“We have to win this game. That's all we're working for this week. Everything we've done this week is about being consistent.
