A FAMILY of five were taken to hospital after a fierce house fire but firefighters said the outcome could have been far worse.
The blaze broke out at the property on Epworth Road, Rhyl, at around 4pm on Tuesday afternoon.
It triggered the smoke alarms in the house, giving the family the precious early warning they needed to get out of the property safely.
