Dewsbury-Hall close with deals still to be done

EVERTON are closing in on their fifth signing of the summer. After completing deals for Carlos Alcaraz, Thierno Barry, Mark Travers and ‘Adam Aznou, the Blues look set to take their spending past the £70m mark.

They have agreed a £25m deal with Chelsea for Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall with the midfielder reportedly having undergone a medical.

But if and when the 26-year-old completes his move, that will not be the end of Everton's summer transfer business.

Here we take a look at what would represent a dream end to a window which closes on September 1.

TYLER DIBLING COMPROMISE

The Blues may have hit a brick wall in their attempts to sign Tyler Dibling, with Southampton rejecting a number of bids, the highest of which was reportedly in the region of £40m.

But it's clear the Saints would be willing the sell the highly-rated teenager. Otherwise they would not have sent Everton a counter proposal.
