Decision in new year on 'watchtower'

A PLANNING decision is expected in the new year after a developer received an enforcement notice from the council ordering him to demolish a “prison watchtower”.

As reported in The Daily Post, this week neighbours living near the structure — built without planning permission at the Airbnb at Tan y Bryn Road, Rhos on Sea — criticised the council for being slow to issue an enforcement notice.
