Bistro staff in plea to customers as costs rise

STAFF at a Gwynedd bistro have pleaded for customers to support them as their industry grapples with financial challenges.

The operators of Bistro Hebog in Beddgelert in Eryri have described the “enormous pressure” they are currently facing in a Facebook post.

Their post said: “We don’t often speak so openly but we feel it’s important to be honest with the people who have supported us over the years ~ you.
