Biker dies in crash near roundabout

TRAGEDY SEES FOURTH MOTORCYCLE DEATH IN THREE WEEKS

A MOTORCYCLIST was killed in a crash by the A55 Black Cat roundabout on Saturday.

The collision closed the junction for more than four hours, leading to chaos for traffic trying to reach the Conwy Valley.

North Wales Police (NWP) said the incident shortly after 11.30am involved a blue and white Suzuki motorcycle, and a black Range Rover Sport, on the A547.

Emergency services attended and a Wales Air Ambulance from Caernarfon was called to the scene. Off-duty medical staff also stopped to help.
