ARREST AFTER PEDESTRIAN DIES ON A494

A man has arrested after a pedestrian was killed on the A494 near Bala.

Shortly after 11.40pm on Wednesday police received a report that a man had been struck whilst walking on the A494 in Llanfor.
The pedestrian, a 43-year-old man, was sadly pronounced deceased at the scene.
The man’s next of kin have been informed.
