President's boast to election donors

DONALD Trump bragged of threatening to “bomb the sh** out of Moscow” to Viadimir Putin's face if he invaded Ukraine.

During his reelection campaign last year, Mr Trump told donors of the threat to the Russian leader, according to newly released recordings.

He is heard saying: “With Putin, I said: ‘If you go into Ukraine, I'm gonna bomb the sh** out of Moscow.

‘I'm telling you, I have no choice’. So he goes like: ‘I don't believe you’. He said: ‘No way’. And I said, ‘Way”

Mr Trump added Mr Putin only believed him “10 per cent”.
