Graham Norton's tip for the best Eurovision party tonight...

- MARK JEFFERIES

Say goodbye to Sunday

IT'S Eurovision night and if your heart is going Boom Bang a Bang (Lulu, 1969) at the thought, then Congratulations (Cliff Richard, 1968), because Graham Norton has shared his tips on how to celebrate.

The presenter has been the voice of the final since 2009 and knows how to make your Eurovision bash rock while you and your pals are Making Your Mind Up (Bucks Fizz, 1981) about this year's entrants.

Graham, 62, says: "You never want to make your party seem too much like hard work, so my advice is not to go overboard.

"Maybe ask guests to pick countries out of a hat and they can choose to wear something traditional or bring a food item from that country.

"If you are going for raucous, then Eurovision lends itself very easily to drinking games - take a shot every time you see some sort of folk instrument, or whenever a performer makes a heart with their fingers.

"Say goodbye to your Sunday."
