THE mum of murdered Harvey Willgoose told of her fury at the missed chances to stop his killer stabbing him to death at school.

Caroline Willgoose, 51, revealed that Mohammed Umar Khan's mother even raised the alarm about the thug having a weapon but she was ignored.

Distraught Caroline spoke after Khan, 15, was detained for life on Wednesday and ordered to serve at least 16 years.

She urged schools to erect knife arches to stop another child dying and told ITV's GMB: "There were so many red flags, there are lessons to be learnt.
