BBC demands Trump Panorama defamation case is thrown out

THE BBC yesterday called for Donald Trump's £7.5billion Panorama defamation case to be dismissed, saying it would cause major harm to media freedom.
It has filed a motion to have the lawsuit over an edit of the documentary thrown out by a US court.
