Littler defeats Humphries yet again... but Price is Prem top dog

LUKE LITTLER got the better of Luke Humphries again - but is still to win a Premier League night this year.

Littler beat Humphries for the fifth time in a row in the opening match of the night, coming through a deciding leg to win 6-5, before being on the wrong end of a 6-4 thriller against Michael van Gerwen.

It means it's now nine months since Humphries last beat Littler, having also been defeated at the Grand Slam of Darts and World Grand Prix.
