Traitors contestant Harry Clark has revealed Frank Lampard told him his deceitful tactics on the BBC reality show were pitch perfect.

The former England and Chelsea footballer contacted Harry out of the blue on Instagram to heap praise on him.

Ex-soldier Harry recalls: "Frank said he was impressed with how I played the game.

"He actually asked me where I learned the tricks I used to get everyone on my side on the show,

"I said, 'I learned them from watching you on the football pitch'. He's a mastermind."

Harry revealed he has since formed a friendship with the Coventry City manager thanks to Frank's wife Christine.
