Star's tips on looking young at 76

- BY MARK JEFFERIES Showbiz Editor

How Noel makes time stand still...

All the clocks in Noel Edmonds' home have stopped at 11.06, as he lies under quartz crystal lamps hoping for some magical invigoration.

But it is not the energy from the lamps that halted the time, or the electromagnetic pulses he uses in a bid to to stay looking forever young.

They are stopped because that is the time he met wife Liz, or his "earth angel".

Welcome to the weird and wonderful world of TV veteran Noel, who shares the secrets to keeping his youthful appearance at 76.

Sat on a crystal bed beneath the lights and with five to eight hertz of sound pulsing through his headphones, Noel says: "The light bulb moment about my health, and it's a good term to use, was when I found all this information about what we really are.

"All we are is body energy systems, and that touches everything around us, which is how you move into the bigger matrix, the universal energy system.

"I find this exciting, because this is all based on ancient spiritual wisdom."

The star reveals his bid to stay healthy in a new TV show about building a new life in New Zealand with third wife Liz, 56, who was his make-up artist on his Deal or No Deal show.
