EDDIE HEARN has threatened Chris Eubank Jnr with legal action after the boxer made a series of extraordinary allegations against the promoter.

The fighter sensationally accused Hearn of stopping him leaving for hospital after his victory over Conor Benn.

He was uffering from dehydration after edging his 12-round war with Benn in April.
