Poll says half of blokes need a pint to be funny, but the joke could be on them

A MAN walks into a bar... we have all heard the jokes, but this time he's ordering a soft drink.

As Dry January dawns, a poll reveals that almost half of blokes (48%) say they are funnier when they have had a pint.

But relying on alcohol for humour might mean more than a hangover.

Alcohol Change UK has launched a campaign to prove that the banter does not stop when the booze stops flowing.
