Teenager went on to attack TV actress for her phone

THE identity of the vicious thief who threatened to behead Aled Jones during a terrifying Rolex watch robbery almost two years ago can now be revealed.

Zacariah Boulares, 18, has been named and pictured after being convicted of another offence this year, against actress Genevieve Chenneour.

Welsh baritone Jones, 54, was attacked in Chiswick, West London, in July 2023 by Boulares, who threatened him with a 20-inch blade.

Jones was told: "Give me your f***ing Rolex or I will cut your arm off."

The singer - who found fame as a teenager with his version of The Snowman theme song, Walking in the Air, and now presents Songs of Praise and a show on Classic FM - handed over his £17,000 Daytona watch.
