Daughter Hannah Ingram Moore, 52, and husband Colin have appealed against a council order to tear down the building.

Planners were told the couple wanted an office for The Captain Tom Foundation. But the scheme also included a 50ft by 20ft pool house with changing rooms, toilets and showers.
