‘A&E failures led to death of 5yr old lad’

THE family of a five-year-old boy who died after he was sent home from A&E believe his death was a result of “systems failures”.
Lawyers for relatives of Yusuf Mahmud Nazir told a pre-inquest review these were across two hospitals and other services.
