In a remarkable recognition of young cricketing talent, the Kandy District Cricket Association (KDCA), an affiliate of Sri Lanka Cricket, conducted its Annual Awards to felicitate talented young cricketers of the region which excelled during the year 2024.
Conducted as part of SLC National Development Pathway of Cricket Gamata, the effort is aimed at encouraging youngsters to reach the international stage.
KDCA felicitated players who represented Sri Lanka across various international age-groups. The ceremony was graced by the presence of Sri Lanka Cricket Treasurer Sujeewa Godaliyadde and Executive Committee Member Janaka Pathirana.
