Great Place To Work unveils Best Workplaces for young talent in 2025

Great Place To Work Sri Lanka recently announced the Best Workplaces for Young Talent 2025, honouring organizations that excel in creating exceptional environments for employees under the age of 35.

This marks the sixth consecutive year of the study. Formerly known as the Best Workplaces for Millennials, the list now includes both millennials and Gen Zs, reflecting the evolving makeup and aspirations of Sri Lanka’s young workforce and recognizing organizations that inspire this next generation of professionals.

The 2025 list features 15 outstanding organizations, that have successfully cultivated inclusive, inspiring, and future-ready workplaces for young employees, using a localized methodology tailored to capture the unique needs and expectations of young Sri Lankan professionals.This year’s study drew participation from 83,000 employees across 133 assessments, with 53 percent of participants under the age of 35.
