Ambeon group reports robust 2Q performance

Ambeon Capital PLC, the investment holding company of the Ambeon group, reported a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs.3,820 million for the second quarter of the financial year 2025/26, reflecting a strong continuation of the positive trajectory established in 1Q.

The year-to-date PAT stood at Rs.4,551 million, compared to Rs.123 million recorded during the corresponding period of the previous year, marking a substantial improvement and reinforcing the group’s resilience and growth strategy.

Ambeon Holdings PLC, the group’s principal operating subsidiary and a leading diversified conglomerate with core operations across information technology, financial services, real estate, group treasury and strategic investments, recorded a PAT of Rs.3,216 million for 2Q. The year-to-date PAT rose to Rs.3,892 million, compared to Rs.296 million in the same period last year. This growth was largely driven by fair value gains from strategic investments, enhanced operational efficiencies and a continued focus on long-term value creation.
