Gunatungais a senior finance professional with over 19 years of experience across multiple sectors including marine, education, retail, manufacturing, and business process outsourcing, She currently serves in a senior finance leadership role and has held progressive positions suchas Finance Controller, Finance Manager, and Finance Consultantiin reputed organisations.
She holds a Master of Professional ‘Accounting from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, an MBA from the University of Suffolk (UK), and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA, CGMA — UK) and an Associate Member of AAT Sri Lanka.
