'WFH is worth turning down a 15% wage rise'

NEARLY half of home workers would turn down a whopping 15% pay rise to go back into the office, a poll reveals.

Despite the cost-of-living crisis, they say the advantages of commuting to the next room, doing the school run and dodging train strikes and office politics outrank the extra wages.

However, bosses need to do more to make flexible working successful, according to 83% of the 2,000plus staff surveyed.
