TV so good it's criminal

ANYONE considering a career change could do worse than park themselves in front of the telly on a Monday night.

I don’t mean this would become their new job (come on, what sort of weirdo watches TV for a living?) but merely that a typical Monday night’s schedule would offer them loads of inspiration.

They might, for example, watch MOTORWAY COPS: CATCHING BRITAIN’S SPEEDERS, which returns tonight (5, 8pm), and decide this occupation would be right up their 20mph zone.

In which case, good luck to them. Not only would it get their adrenaline pumping (does adrenaline actually “pump?” It does now) but they’d be performing a proper public service.
