DONALD Trump will not suffer the humiliation of wearing handcuffs when he is criminally charged as experts predict he could face up to four years behind bars if convicted.
The former US president's lawyers have reached an agreement with prosecutors in Manhattan for the moment he faces charges relating to hush money payments made to porn star Stormy Daniels.
Trump, 76, is due to appear in court on Tuesday afternoon after flying in from his Mar-a-Lago home in Palm Beach, Florida.
