LIAM LIVINGSTONE believes England are ready to peak at the perfect moment following a rollercoaster ride to the semi-finals of the T20 World Cup.

The holders have had a turbulent time, almost bowing out in the first round as rain threatened to condemn them to an early exit.

A heavy defeat by Australia and a poor run-chase against South Africa also left them in trouble. But it was Jos Buttler's side who were the first to seal their spot in the last four, with a 10-wicket win over the USA, before the Proteas topped the group by beating West Indies.

And Livingstone claims things are falling into place at the ideal time.
