ONE of the more positive aspects of the internet is that it allows you to become an instant expert on pretty much any subject.

Take classical music. Over the years, again and again, I've tried to develop a proper appreciation of it. I know I'm missing out on an awful lot. And yet, despite my best efforts, it just doesn't happen. Classical radio stations seem to offer me a way in.

But the problem with the accessible ones is they're all commercial.
