Son of 'toy tycoon' fights half-brother for £14.5m fortune

THE son of a toy tycoon is fighting to stop his half-brother sharing a £14.5million inheritance — because his sibling is the result of their mum’s affair.
Stuart Marcus put the money, in family company shares, into trust for his “children” Edward, 47, and Jonathan, 43, shortly before he died aged 86 in 2020.
But it then emerged Stuart's wife Patricia had told Edward his real dad was Sydney Glossop, a lawyer she had an affair with in the 70s.
A High Court judge ruled last year that Stuart was not Edward’s dad, but said he could still benefit from the fortune left to him and his brother.
