One in five properties in flood jeopardy

ABOUT one in five homes and businesses in England are at risk of river, sea and flash flooding, analysis from the Environment Agency has warned.
Around 6.3 million properties are in jeopardy-up from 5.5 million in the last assessment in 2018, as the update draws on much more advanced data and modelling.
