National faller back at stable safe and sound

BROADWAY BOY and Celebre D'Allen, the two horses who had to be treated on the track after Saturday's Grand National, were making encouraging recoveries last night.

Broadway Boy, who took a heavy fall when leading the race resulting in Tom Bellamy suffering a broken wrist, returned to his stable at Nigel Twiston-Davies's yard.

Celebre d'Allen, who collapsed after being pulled up, was "bright and breezy" after a night's observation at Aintree.
