Now Putin accuses Europe of 'being on the side of war'

VLADIMIR Putin accused Europe's leaders of sabotaging efforts to end the Ukraine war — and said he was ready to fight them.

The Russian despot's sabre-rattling came before he met US envoy Steve Witkoff and Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner for peace talks.

Putin said of Ukraine's European allies: "They don't have a peace agenda, they're on the side of the war."

His accusations made as he left an investment forum in Moscow appeared to be his latest bid to rupture relations between the US and Europe.
