Neighbour handed restraining order in plant watering row

A WOMAN harassed an elderly neighbour for years when she watered her plants because she didn't want water splashing on her garden path.
Kim Porter-Wilson, 46, has now been handed a restraining order.
A court heard Porter-Wilson made 71-year-old Ann Breen's life a misery.
She repeatedly photographed the grandmother and sounded an alarm as she tended her flower tubs between their bungalow driveways.
Her nine month campaign led to Mrs Breen becoming so intimidated she watered her plants at night in Caister-on-Sea, Norfolk.
