David creates masterpieces in miniature

It was lovingly painted over several months by artist David A Lindon, whose paintbrushes include a hair from a dragonfly's leg.

He worked at night from his Bournemouth home to avoid the "vibrations of daytime traffic" - and painted between his own heartbeats in a meditative state.
